Marius Baiesc grew up in Hateg, a small town in Romania. He came to Los Angeles with nothing except a belief that if you work harder and care more than the next person, people will notice.

He noticed something broken in the collision repair industry: the moment someone gets into an accident, they enter a system designed to confuse them. Insurance adjusters push for the cheapest repair. Today, MLUX is trusted by luxury and EV drivers across Los Angeles for OEM-only collision repair, lifetime warranty work, and hands-on insurance claim support. But the thing Marius is most proud of is simpler: when a customer says "I felt like someone was actually on my side."

That's the whole point.
